As outlined on the Home Page, the name of Motor Industry Recruitment is a new name within the Recruitment Industry but it is important you know, its foundation is built upon many years experience within both the recruitment industry and the Motor Trade we recruit into.
This experience consists mostly as candidates but also as clients, followed by the last eight years within the recruitment side of the motor industry.
This means that we truly understand what you need from a Recruitment Consultancy and we endeavor to uncompromisingly deliver that service.
We are approved suppliers to many clients including large small and medium sized dealer groups and also manufacturers.
Our most recent approval gained from Mercedes-Benz (UK), who have added us to their approved suppliers list.
One factor that has always been an issue for both clients and candidates with Recruitment Consultancies is constantly having to listen to "The hard sell" to a candidate for a position they want to fill, "It's the best job we have had on in months!” or a client about "The best candidate since sliced bread".
This will not happen when we call you.
(Well, not unless we actually happen to have the best job or candidate of course).
Our philosophy is simple and similar to that used within the dealer network.
Treat your customers (candidate and clients) how you would want to be treated yourself.

We are not able to meet candidates at our offices unless this is for a confirmed meeting or appointment. However if you are local to us and simply wish to drop your details into us you are welcome to leave your details with Reception who will ensure we get them.
