Profile:Our client is looking for a senior level front line Service Advisor or Service Supervisor, Reception Manager to join their team.

You will have responsibility for your own team of Technicians and expected to get the best from your team.

You will be able to control WIP value and offer exceptional levels of customer service, never missing that agreed call to your customer.

To be a contender for this position you will need to be able to demonstrate your customer handling skills and your ability to get the job done, accurately and effectively.
